HirePainter is an Ontario project enquiry website focused on painting, refinishing and property care for homes, estates and cottages. It helps homeowners, realtors and renovation teams explain what they want to achieve before a quotation is prepared. Priority areas include Toronto, the Greater Toronto Area and Muskoka; enquiries elsewhere in Ontario are reviewed individually.

This is a lead-generation and referral platform. Enquiries may be shared with one or more independent providers relevant to the requested work and location. Any contract for on-site work is made directly with the identified contractor, which is responsible for that work.

A clearer project brief

A useful residential brief includes more than a room count. The enquiry form gathers the surfaces involved, their condition, preferred finishes, access arrangements and timing. Photographs and approximate measurements help describe the project. If dimensions or technical details are unknown, you can still make an enquiry and explain what needs to be confirmed.

Assessment before commitment

Submitting an enquiry does not reserve a date, create a contract or produce a binding price. Scope, coverage, availability and any site visit requirements are confirmed after review. The actual quoting provider and applicable terms must be identified in a written proposal before work is agreed.
